Luxe album FDC Netherlands V

The N.V.P.H. (The Dutch Society of Stamp Dealers) gives longstanding envelopes stamped on the day of issue. The stamps are made specifically and solely for the stamping of these so-called Frist. Publisher DAVO has made a special album for the envelopes: Luxe stamp album FDC Netherlands (neutral or with a number ranging from I to IX) or Neutral. The album contains 12 folders for 72 envelopes.
